The Operations Support plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the animation studio by managing operational systems, coordinating facilities administration, enhancing the employee and visitor experience, and driving continuous process improvements. As one of the primary faces of the studio, this role creates a welcoming, professional environment for employees, executives, clients, and VIP guests while ensuring operational data and administrative processes are organized, accurate, and efficient.

The Production Payroll Accountant is responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll process for animated television productions, ensuring crew members are paid accurately, timely, and in accordance with applicable union agreements, company policies, and California labor requirements.
This role works closely with Production Finance, Production Management, Human Resources, and the production’s payroll/Employer of Record (EOR) provider to manage timecards, employee payroll setup, payroll changes, union requirements, and payroll reporting throughout the lifecycle of a production.
The ideal candidate has hands-on entertainment production payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of the unique payroll requirements associated with television animation. This is a non-union role.
